Needs Assessment Survey Report
For The
Frederick County Board of Commissioners
The survey was conducted to ask the approximately 38,000 residents with disabilities living in Frederick County whether the services and programs designed to better their lives are doing just that. The survey was distributed by the Commission to assess the needs of people who cope on a daily basis with neuro-muscular handicaps, mobility issues, developmental disorders, visual and hearing difficulties, arthritis, and recovery from strokes or other challenging conditions. With the completion of the tabulated results recommendations will be made to the Frederick County Board of Commissioners on ways to better serve the needs of people with disabilities. You can read The Survey Here.
The Survey is in a (pdf) format and requires the "Adobe Reader". If you do not have it on your computer you can download it for free.
